PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Upper Saucon Township will hold a public hearing on Monday, June 4, 2012, at 6:30 PM in the Township Municipal Building, 5500 Camp Meeting Road, Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, for the purpose of considering the request of Upper Saucon Social Quarters for a favorable interpretation of Section 2.1.c of Ordinance No. 42-L concerning the type and capacity of grease interceptor required for the kitchen facilities located at 4900 Lanark Road in Upper Saucon Township. In the alternative, the Upper Saucon Social Quarters requests a waiver from the requirements of Section 2.1.c of Ordinance No. 42-L in order to allow the installation of a grease interceptor on the property at 4900 Lanark Road which is not of a type and capacity approved by the Township Sewer Engineer. The hearing will be conducted pursuant to the Local Agency Act and Resolution No. 2005-38.

Copies of all documents related to this request may be examined and/or obtained at the Township Municipal Building during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Interested individuals may appear at the public hearing to comment on the request.

Concerts in the Park
Upper Saucon Township Park & Recreation Commission is pleased to announce the return of Concerts in the Park. The concerts will take place at 7:00 PM on at the pavilion in the Upper Saucon Township Community Park at the dates listed below:

• Thursday, June 21 (rain date June 28)
• Thursday, July 19 (rain date July 26)
• Thursday, August 16 (rain date August 23)

This year, the Park & Recreation Commission is working with Listen Live Music to feature local musicians for the concerts. Listen Live promotes public awareness and appreciation of acoustic performers.
